We accept new students throughout the year. Please complete the Admissions Application Form, submit to administration, and pay application fee. If your application is approved, we will send you further registration instructions and information for the upcoming school year.

STEP 1: SUBMIT ENROLMENT APPLICATION
Please download and complete enrollment package and submit to school via email at fairwayelementaryonline@gmail.com. Pay $60 application fee (non-refundable).

STEP 2: INTERVIEW AND SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
If the school is proceeding forward with your application, you will be provided with further information including scheduling of interview and entrance assessment. You will be expected to submit all relevant documents such as proof of child's age and residency.

STEP 3: OFFER OF ENROLMENT AND REGISTRATION
If accepted, an offer of admission will be sent and registration details included. Please note that a non-refundable registration fee will apply upon registration.

*Supporting documentation and registration fees must be submitted - enrollment will not be considered complete until registration fee is paid and supporting documentation submitted. Documentation can include birth certificate, passport, and/or other forms of valid identification.

All new students will be on probation for the first academic month.

Fairway Administration will make final decisions in regards to specific class placements for all entering students.
 - 
Students may be placed in mixed-grade classes

*Tuition and other fees are approximate and subject to change. Invoices will be sent out in advance of payment due date (end of August) with final tuition fee listed.

All fees are non-refundable once paid.

A $75 charge will occur for late payment.
 - 
Additional fees may be required throughout the year.
 - 
Tuition is required regardless of absence or vacations, as long as the child is ENROLLED in the program.
 - 
A 2-week written notice is required to withdraw your child from the program.
 - 
We reserve the right to impose appropriate penalties in those situations where delinquent tuition problems exist. These may include, but are not limited to denial of re-enrollment, not allowing students to sit for exam, and withholding of transcripts and records as prescribed by law.

We currently accept PayPal, e-transfer, or money order.

Financial Aid
We offer tuition assistance for families experiencing financial hardship on a limited basis depending on funding. Please contact the school for more information.
